Dieting: Week Four

STARTING WEIGHT: 281.6 pounds
THIS WEEK’S CHANGE: - 2.6 pounds
TOTAL WEIGHT LOST: 15.6 pounds
CURRENT WEIGHT: 266.0 pounds

I've had a fairly good week, diet wise, but there have been ... issues. I miss chicken wings more than ever. I've made a promise to myself: when I hit 240 pounds, I'm going to have a big plate of chicken wings - at least 2 pounds. That makes me happy.

Congratulations. That means that if you were using UK weight measuremnets, you have now lost over 1 stone (one stone= fourteen pounds)!

ok thats all good but if you eat them your only losin the result and gaining the weight again, right? so its like jogging and then eatin chicken wings, then jogging then eating chicken wings.
what id probably call a pointless excercise. but you remind me of a funny british chef called anthony worrall-thompson.
